This is a comprehensive list of all of the soft play centres in Derbyshire. It is not a list of recommendations or endorsements but ideas on where to go. We have not managed to visit all of these indoor play areas ourselves. Unless they are running limited play sessions each centre should be somewhere you can spend two or more hours. Prices and opening times vary. Please check each website before you visit.

Freddy’s Play Kingdom – Derby

Freddy’s Play Kingdom is Derby’s longest-established play and party centre. With a huge under 4’s play area and a fantastic 3-tier-climbing frame with unique dungeons.

Hickory Dickory’s Playhouse – Derby

Hickory Dickory’s Playhouse aims to be as pleasant and appealing to adults as it is exciting and fun for children. Jumpin Fun – Derby

Little Rascals – Buxton

Little Rascals Play Buxton is a soft play area that caters for children from babies – to 10 years. We are a soft play centre where your little rascals can come and burn off energy and meet their friends, while your mothers/fathers/guardians can come in and enjoy a coffee etc. and relax in a safe environment.

Welcome to the Playmill! We are a soft play area for 0-8 years. We have a large soft play frame, 2 large bumpy slides, a HUGE sandpit & a soft area for babies. We have a daily event or activity most days of the week & they will always be up to date on our page.

The Jungle Play Centre – Chesterfield

The Jungle Play Centre is East Midland’s biggest & best soft indoor play centre for children aged up to 11 years. Come play in our clean, safe, fun and fully air-conditioned facility.

Tubby Bears Playzone – Derby

Tubby Bears is a family-run business situated a mile from Derby City Centre. We have a three-tier climbing frame with ball pits, slides and a separate toddler area. We have a height restriction of 4″9 within the play frame.
