Parkdean Resorts is one of the biggest companies in the UK that offers a wide range of holiday parks for you to stay at. They have some great locations and a wide range of facilities with something to suit all the family. You can choose to stay in one of their caravans, lodges or glamping accommodations, they even have some hotel rooms. Other accommodation types include bungalows, chalets, maisonettes and more. Or for the cheaper ‘home from home’ option there are sites where you can bring your own tent, touring caravan or motorhome. Plus dogs are welcome at many of their sites and they run special Tot’s breaks while the bigger kids are at school.

Holywell Bay Holiday Park, Cornwall
Address: Near, Holywell Rd, Newquay TR8 5PE
Information – A peaceful park with some great facilities located a short drive from a beach is Holywell Bay in Cornwall. For a small fee, you can learn to surf at Cornwall Surf Academy. Thrill seekers will love the 300-foot waterslide that drops into the heated outdoor pool plus there is a separate pool for toddlers.
There is an indoor soft play area for the kids and an all-weather multi-sports court. Also on-site is the Ellenglaze bar and grill plus a Costa Coffee. All the family can enjoy a walk along the wildlife nature trail and spend their 2ps in the amusement arcade.
Lizard Point Holiday Park, Cornwall

Information – Another great Parkdean Resort in Cornwall for families is Lizard Point. This is an adventure-packed park with lots to do. This is a lively site located in the pretty Cornish countryside and is a great base for exploring the local beaches and fishing villages. Including spectacular views of Kynance Cove and inlets around Mullion Cove.
Highlights include indoor and outdoor pools, a multi-sports court, a high ropes course and an indoor climbing wall. There is so much to do here we can’t possibly list everything. Other fun things to do include archery, aqua jets, battle blasters, an adventure playground, amusements, family karts and so much more.
Fallbarrow Holiday Park, Cumbria
Address: Quarry Brow, Bowness-on-Windermere, Windermere LA23 3DL
Information – Right next to the shores of Lake Windermere in Cumbria is Fallbarrow Holiday Park. You can enjoy views of the lake and you are also right by Bowness-on-Windermere with attractions and places to eat. It’s great for boat trips, sailing and watersports.
Within the woodland parkland, there is an adventure playground for the kids. This site also has some relatively new accommodation including hot tub lodges. There is a multi-sports court and an amusement arcade.
Bideford Bay Holiday Park, Devon
Address: The Lodge, Buck’s Cross, Bideford EX39 5DU
Information – Bideford Bay Parkdean Resort is set on a picturesque hillside setting and enjoys wonderful views of the sea. There is a heated outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a Blue Flag Beach is located a 15-minute drive away.
Also on-site there is a children’s adventure playground, crazy golf and places to eat. You can enjoy evening entertainment and a kid’s club to keep the little ones busy. Plus an amusement arcade and a multi-sports court.
Ruda Holiday Park, Devon
Address: The Dunes, Croyde, Braunton EX33 1NP
Information – If beaches are your thing then you can’t go wrong with Ruda Holiday Park. It is located right next to a sweeping sandy coastline and enjoys some breathtaking views. There is one of Devon’s best surfing spots and the picturesque village of Croyde is close by.
All the family will love the Cascades Tropical Adventure pool with its 230ft waterslide. The park also has tennis courts, horse riding, a nature trail, an entertainment lounge and The Beach Cafe. For the kids there is an adventure playground, kids’ clubs and soft play.
Sandford Holiday Park, Dorset

Information – Another action-packed site is Parkdean Resort’s Sandford Bay in Dorset. With a woodland setting this park has lodges with hot tubs, perfect for a family-friendly holiday. At Sandford, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools plus a nature trail and multi-sports court.
For younger children, there is Crazy Caves soft play and a pirate ship adventure playground. Teens aren’t left out as there are some fun VR rides plus a challenging high ropes course. You can learn outdoor skills in Bear Grylls Survival Academy, rent bikes or enjoy meals in The Boathouse. Evenings can be spent in the showbar and you can challenge your family to a game of adventure golf.
Warmwell Holiday Park, Dorset

Information – A world of adventure awaits you at Warmwell Holiday Park. There is even a 110m all-weather ski slope! Plus an indoor pool with a flume and a wave machine. You can try out new activities in the Sports Dome and explore further with kart and bike hire.
Other facilities include adventure golf, an arts and crafts den, indoor wall climbing, a high ropes course and an amusement arcade. Plus an entertainment venue, fishing, kid’s clubs and a restaurant.
Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, Durham
Address: North, Hartlepool TS27 4BN
Information – If you’re looking for a ParkDean Resort in the North East why not take a closer look at Crimdon Dene? All the family will love exploring the nearby sandy beach and sand dunes plus there is plenty on-site to keep you entertained. On-site there is an indoor swimming pool, an adventure playground and kid’s clubs.
There is also a restaurant, amusement arcade, multi-sports court and a convenience store. Other things to do nearby include the Maritime Experience at Hartlepool, Beamish Museum and Hall Hill Farm.
Camber Sands Holiday Park, East Sussex

Information – With seven miles of golden sand right opposite Camber Sands Holiday Park, it is a great site for beach-loving families. This is another of Parkdean Resorts’ action-packed parks with a high ropes course, Bear Grylls Survival Academy, Adventure Bugz electric vehicles and more.
Also on-site there are four great indoor swimming pools and a water flume plus an outdoor splash zone. There is a climbing wall, Laser Quest and an arts and crafts den. They even have a dog agility course, an adventure playground and an entertainment venue.
Naze Marine Holiday Park, Essex
Address: The Poplars, Walton-on-the-Naze, Walton on the Naze CO14 8QA
Information – Naze Marine is a fun and energetic holiday park with plenty of on-site activities. It is just a 5-minute walk to a local beach and there is an indoor pool from which they run extra fun things to do. The park also has a pirate-themed crazy golf, laser quest and archery.
Other things to do include an adventure playground. Arts and crafts den, a sports dome and bumper zorbs. There are a number of places where you can purchase snacks or a tasty meal including Scoops ice cream.
Nodes Point Holiday Park, Isle of Wight
Address: Eddington Rd, St Helens, Ryde PO33 1YA
Information – Across the water on the Isle of Wight is Parkdean Resorts Nodes Point Holiday Park. It has direct access to a beach perfect for rock pooling with the kids. The indoor swimming pool has water slides and a paddling pool. You can even enjoy horse riding through their third-party provider.
On-site there is also an all-weather multi-sports court, an adventure playground and an entertainment complex. There are clubs for the kids and an amusement arcade. Things to do nearby include Amazon World Zoo Park, the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary.
Romney Sands Holiday Park, Kent
Address: The Parade, Greatstone, New Romney TN28 8RN
Information – Opposite one of Kent’s finest sandy beaches is Romney Sands Holiday Park. Located close to the Greatstone Dunes and Dungeness Nature Reverse there is lots to explore nearby. The park has two indoor swimming pools.
For children, there is an adventure playground and kids’ clubs. There is an entertainment venue, Costa Coffee, bar and restaurant. Plus a crazy golf course, an amusement arcade and a multi-sports court.
Ocean Edge Holiday Park, Lancashire
Address: Moneyclose Lane, Heysham, Morecambe LA3 2XA
Information – As its name suggests Ocean Edge is located right on the seafront. It enjoys views of the Irish Sea plus there is plenty to do on and off the park. There is an indoor swimming pool with a sauna and a fun outdoor adventure playground.
Evenings can be spent enjoying the entertainment or a meal in their restaurant. Other things to do include kids clubs, soft play, an amusement arcade and a multi-sports court.
Cayton Bay Holiday Park, North Yorkshire

Information – We love the location of Cayton Bay Holiday Park. It is a short drive away from Scarborough which has plenty of things to do. Over the road and quite a steep walk down there is our favourite beach in the area, Cayton Bay, your kids can even learn to surf here.
The park has an abundance of activities including an indoor pool and splash pool plus an adventure playground, Boathouse Restaurant and arts and crafts den. There is also entertainment, a high ropes course, a sports dome, adventure golf, family karts and more.
Southview Holiday Park, Lincolnshire
Address: Morningside Dr, Skegness PE25 2LA
Information – Located just a short drive away from the centre of Skegness is Southview Holiday Park. We have stayed here twice in the past as it’s a great base for exploring the local area. On-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, an exhilarating battle zone and a next-level gaming area with more than 25 consoles.
There is also a high ropes course, bungee trampolines, a play area, adventure golf and family karts. You can enjoy on-site entertainment in the evening plus there is a gym for the adults.
Cherry Tree Holiday Park, Norfolk
Address: Mill Rd, Burgh Castle, Great Yarmouth NR31 9QR
Information – This park is very nostalgic for me as we used to holiday here when I was a kid. Cherry Tree Holiday Park is located near Great Yarmouth and Goreleston Beach and is a great base for a seaside holiday. There are heated indoor and outdoor pools plus fishing, live entertainment and plenty of daytime fun.
For children, there is an adventure playground and kids clubs. Also on-site there is an amusement arcade, a multi-sports court, kart hire and a range of fun activities such as Bumper Zorbs, Hoverboards and battle blasters.
Vauxhall Holiday Park, Norfolk

Information – For a park jam-packed with activities, you can’t go wrong with Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth. The Tropical Waterworld pool is certainly a highlight with its water slide plus an outdoor splash zone.
Kids will love the Treehouse adventure playground and all the family can enjoy a game of jungle adventure golf. Also for children, there are kids clubs and soft play. Other facilities include a multi-sports court, an amusement arcade and a virtual reality area.
Sandy Bay Holiday Park, Northumberland

Information – With stunning clifftop views and a beach accessible straight from the park, Sandy Bay is a great family-friendly holiday park in the northeast. The park has an indoor swimming pool and lots of fun daytime activities.
In the evening there is entertainment and you can enjoy a meal in their restaurant. Other things to do include an adventure playground, soft play, kid’s clubs, sports and amusements.
Sandylands Holiday Park, Ayrshire, Scotland
Address: Blakely Road Auchenharvie, Park, Saltcoats KA21 5JN
Information – At Sandylands Holiday Park there is a beach just a 10-minute walk away and you can also explore nearby Saltcoats. The park is well situated near a train station that provides easy access to Glasgow, Ayr and Largs.
On-site there is an indoor swimming pool and the Boathouse Bar and Restaurant. Plus there is golf nearby, evening entertainment, an adventure playground, amusements and kids clubs.
Southerness Holiday Park, Dumfries, Scotland

Information – Set right on the edge of a beach and enjoying views across the Solway Firth is Southerness Holiday Park. You also have plenty to do on-site including an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor adventure play area. They host all sorts of fun activities in the pool including aqua jets, aqua paddlers, inflatables and more.
They run a lively entertainment programme plus extra activities just for younger children. On-site there is kart hire, bumper zorbs, hoverboards, kids’ clubs, amusements and a Wildlife nature trail.
Trecco Bay Holiday Park, South Wales

Information – One of the UK’s largest holiday parks is Trecco Bay in Wales. It is located right next to a Blue Flag beach and over the past few years it has undergone some big investments. Kids will love the outdoor wet play zone and adventure play area plus there is indoor soft play.
Other facilities at Trecco include an outdoor climbing wall, a gaming area with more than 25 consoles and an arts and crafts den. Plus a high ropes course, interactive darts, entertainment venue and kart hire.
Ty Mawr Holiday Park, North Wales
Address: Towyn Rd, Towyn, Abergele LL22 9HG
Information – Last, but not least, on our list is Ty Mawr also in Wales. Another action-packed Parkdean Resort there is plenty to do on-site including an indoor swimming pool with a water flume and a high ropes course. It is located around a 10-minute walk from a beach.
Also at this park, there are Adventure Bugz electric vehicles with children can drive, an arts and crafts den, an agility park just for dogs, a multi-sports court and adventure golf, You can hire family karts and bikes and there is an entertainment venue.
