Rock Antics

Rock Antics is an indoor climbing centre located in Middlesborough, North Yorkshire. They are primarily a bouldering wall with an additional 13 top ropes. The main bouldering wall has over 150 problems which are updated regularly.

The centre also has a small bouldering section for beginner climbers with plenty of easier problems to attempt. They have a range of clubs for children aged 5-17. If you have never climbed before they can recommend one of their package climbs. These are a great way to get started. You can book to be with an instructor for half an hour to an hour and you can learn in groups of 1-4 people.

If you have never climbed before but don’t want an instructor you will still need to book an induction session. They recommend the instructor sessions for children or one of their popular junior clubs. These are with children of a similar age and abilities.
