Tickhill Alpacas
Tickhill Alpacas are an outdoor alpaca trekking centre with glamping near Doncaster in South Yorkshire. It is run by a husband and wife team who have been keeping alpacas since 2016. They now have their little herd trained to meet and walk with people so that their visitors can enjoy these beautiful and calm animals.
What can you do at Tickhill Alpacas?
There are no age restrictions for the alpaca treks but children must be able to walk along uneven ground. Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Their treks last for around 45 minutes plus 15 minutes for petting and feeding.
They have three bell tents spaced out in a 5-acre field. Their alpacas live in the same field and will probably come and say hello. Their tents sleep up to 6 people.
