Churchfields Farmhouse Ice Cream
Churchfields Farmhouse is a working dairy farm in Salwarpe, Worcestershire. As well as selling their own ice cream they also have a popular fairy trail. You can even camp there!
What can you do at Churchfields Farmhouse Ice Cream?
Churchfields has been owned by the same family since 1913. In 2004 they sold their very first scoop of Churchfield’s Farmhouse ice cream. They have over 30 flavours to choose from, including sorbets. Their main ice cream parlour on the farm serves a selection of their flavours. There is a second ice cream parlour in their fun barn which has a small soft play area. (please ring ahead to find out if this is open)
Every summer they have a maize maze. The first one opened in 2017 and featured their signature cow’s face logo and an ice cream cone. They also have a mini maze for little legs.
The farm recently opened a Fairy Trail where you can follow the adventure book to find their fairies, Tooth factory, Dummy Tree, Fairy welcome centre, Shopping village and Troll bridge. You have to follow clues and directions to help the fairies find their missing fairy dust. The trail takes around an hour and you can book tickets online. The farm also has an outdoor play area.
