The Viva Sunrise is ideal for families as it boasts a huge line-up of activities, three restaurants and a lively pool scene. It is located on Majorca’s northeast coast in Alcudia. The hotel has a historic old town with shops and cafes filling the streets beneath the city walls. There is also a stretch of coastline which has hotels, bars and a marina with restaurants plus a long sandy beach. The town of Alcudia is 3km from the hotel and the hotel itself is 600m from the beach. Palma Airport is a 90-minute coach transfer.

On-site at the hotel there is a lake-like swimming pool that is surrounded by lofty palms which add a few shady spots to the terrace. For the kids, there is a splash pool that has waterslides, a tipping bucket and a pirate-themed slide.

Your Board Basis
There are four different board options to choose from at this hotel. You can stay bed and breakfast, self-catering, half-board plus or all-inclusive. The all-inclusive package includes a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can enjoy an a la carte lunch at the Sports bar plus selected drinks are included. The buffet restaurant has a couple of themed nights each week and there is an a la carte restaurant with tapas and Majorcan dishes.

Additional facilities include table tennis, volleyball, aerobics and archery and there is a multi-sports court. The hotel runs a daytime activity programme. Also for children, there is a bouncy castle and a circus skills workshop. There is also a gym and massages can be booked.
Entertainment
Children can make new friends at the kids’ club. There is the Mini Club for ages 4-7 and the Maxi Club for ages 8-11. Both of these offer a full day of activities such as crafts, sports, games and mini-discos. In the evening you can watch live shows on the indoor and outdoor stages. The lounge bar also hosts karaoke, bingo and quizzes.
