The Holiday Village Aliathon is located near Paphos, Cyprus. Paphos is a traditional cobbled town with shaded pavement cafes. Plus there is a modern harbour with bars and restaurants. The hotel is situated 3km from the harbour and there is a bus service which stops outside the hotel.
Near to the hotel, there is a rocky beach which is 200m away plus the Aliathon Plaza is in front of the hotel. This has restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and a chemist. Paphos airport is a 40-minute drive away.
Highlights
The main swimming pool is huge. It is located in the Fishing Village and it is 3,000 square metres in size. It is currently Cyprus’s biggest swimming pool! Plus there is a handful of other pools across the village including a new swim-up pool. Kids will love their all-action splash park with a pirate ship, small slides plus jets and fountains to play in. There is also an indoor pool that in the summer months is for adults only.

Your Board Basis
The Holiday Village Aliathon operates on an All Inclusive board basis. This includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant. As a minimum, you can enjoy one meal per week in each of the a la carte restaurants. There are snacks at set times and ice cream is served from 10 am until 5 pm. Plus selected local-brand alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee until midnight.
At the hotel, there is a Mexican a la carte restaurant, a Karnayio Greek a la carte restaurant, a range of bars, the main buffet restaurant and an Ionian buffet restaurant.
Additional Activities
They have an outdoor pitch for mini-football games, a tennis court and a bowling green with regular competitions. The hotel also has mountain bikes you can get out and about for plus there are archery lessons, ping pong tables, kayaks, a playground and a swim academy. Some activities have an additional charge.
The Holiday Village Aliathon also has an aerial adventure course. It is a purpose build assault course with lots of different challenges. Children can take part from the age of 6 and this is not open in the winter.
Holidays here come with a Hotel Rep and 24/7 Online service. This means that an English-speaking TUI rep will visit your hotel during your stay.
Entertainment
For children, there is a range of kid’s clubs. The HV club is split up into a club for 3-8-year-olds and another for ages 9-15. These are open seven days a week and most activities are free. There is also a Creche that is manned by TUI-trained staff. P lus there is a club strictly for teenagers. It is worth noting that these services aren’t available during the winter months.
The team run an evening entertainment programme which offers an exciting and diverse range of shows, fun and activities. This includes themed and party nights, pop shows, bingo, kid’s entertainment, karaoke, cabaret and colourful shows.
