We have a one-week holiday to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls booked for this summer. I honestly could not believe how much there is to do and see there. It’s such a great place for a family vacation with a huge number of family-friendly activities. It has long been my wish to visit there and see the mighty falls and now we have a son to take with us and enjoy all the amazing family-friendly things to do at Niagara Falls.

We are flying to Toronto as there are direct flights there from the UK. There is an airport closer to Niagara but no direct flights for us. For European and UK citizens you also have to complete a eTA online before you can visit. Canada is a notoriously expensive country to visit so look out for deals on the internet. Many tourist attractions can be visited with a combined admission purchase. These are the best combo deals for Candian side Niagra Falls that we have found.

Looking for somewhere to stay? Here is where we’ve chosen to stay, with amazing views of the natural wonder that is the Niagara Falls, perfect for a family trip. We will be visiting during the summer months which means you will be able to enjoy some lovely warm weather.
