Lounging on its own island paradise, this fabulous hotel is an exciting option for families looking for accommodation in the Bodrum area of Turkey. La Blanche Island Hotel is located in Guvercinlik, a stunning resort that is relatively undiscovered from a tourism point of view. This is because most visitors to the area flock to the brighter lights of bigger nearby resorts. However, this doesn’t mean Guvercinlik lacks any of the important items on your holiday checklist. There is so much to see and do here including water sports, boat trips and amazing walks and hikes.

La Blanche Hotel is an award-winning resort and offers some fantastic facilities. There are a handful of pools, all of which provide stunning views of the ocean and the bay. As well as the great-sized main pool which is flanked by luxury loungers there is a mini water park which features various slides. Little ones have their own paddling pool plus, part of the sea is sectioned off for them to safely enjoy too. Nearby, a jetty features sunbeds and chic canopied daybeds on the sand. Be sure to check out the fabulous infinity pool, where the waiting staff deliver you drinks on roller skates!
There are a variety of different rooms that you can book. The double rooms sleep up to four and the family room is designed for those travelling with younger guests or you could opt to treat yourselves to a fancy swim-up room! Whichever accommodation choice you opt for, each room here has a balcony or a terrace, a TV, Wi-Fi, all the bathroom extras and tea and coffee-making facilities. Those travelling with larger parties can opt for a large villa which sleeps up to 8 people.

Your Board Basis
The board basis at La Blanche Island is all-inclusive. This includes three meals a day at the buffet restaurant and various snacks at set times. Selected imported and local-brand alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee are always available. There are also five a la carte restaurants that are available to book, from authentic Chinese to fabulous Italian – there is something for everyone! There are snack bars scattered across the property which serve all your favourite light bites and refreshments.
Additional Activities
Younger guests have plenty to do here. There is an outdoor playground, a fun-packed Kid’s Club and a mini disco. The Kid’s Club is a great place for the children to make friends and get involved with the cool activities which include arts and crafts, music workshops and storytelling time. While the kids are having a ball, adults should take the opportunity to head over to the spa. Here you can relax in the sauna, steam room and Turkish bath, or take a dip in the indoor pool.
