Go Ape Blackburn

Go Ape Blackburn

Go Ape Blackburn at Witton Country Park in Lancashire is one of the newest additions to the chain of Go Ape attractions across the UK. It features two high ropes experiences.

Things to do at Go Ape Blackburn

Treetop Adventure – Treetop Adventure is a high ropes course for families with children over 1m tall. The course features multiple loops of crossings that finish with a super-fun zip wire down to the ground.

It is a safe and controlled environment that uses a continuous belay system, meaning participants are always attached to the course. Treetop Adventure is an excellent way for children (and their supervising adults) to build confidence, learn about teamwork and develop problem-solving skills. Duration 1-2 hours. Participants must be 1m tall.

Treetop Adventure Plus – Treetop Adventure Plus at Witton Country Park near Blackburn is for anyone over 1.2 metres tall and 6 years old. This activity is ideal for older children as a more challenging tree-top trek with higher platforms and longer zips.

After finding their confidence on a loop of the Treetop Adventure course, young explorers can take their adventure to the next level, climbing higher into the canopy to put their skills to the test.

The crossings get more tricky, with added wobble for extra laughs, plus the zip-wire finale is even longer and more thrilling. Duration 1-2 hours. Participants must be at least 6 years old and at least 1.2m tall.

Duration times including safety briefings. Plus, the 480-acre Witton Park is filled with nature trails, picnic spots and play areas so it’s an ideal day out for the family.
