The Little Arts Workshop

The Little Arts Workshop is located on the Millside Industrial Estate in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire. They offer family-friendly workshops from their working art studio.

You can pre-book your slot before you visit. The studio specialises in pottery painting, baby prints and imprints plus clay modelling for first-timers and experienced potters. They ensure that everyone, no matter their age or ability, enjoys their experience with them and has something beautiful and unique to take home and feel proud of.

They have a large selection of blank pottery ready to paint. Once your masterpiece is finished they will glaze and fire it. This will then be ready to pick up within 1-2 weeks. The range starts from £5 up to £40. The average spent is £15 per person.

You can take part in clay modelling on Tuesdays and Sundays. This has a £5 studio fee per person and you then pay for the clay, which costs from £7-12.50. All their staff are trained to advise you on the basics of clay modelling. It is mainly a self-led activity so they recommend that you come up with ideas. Your item will also be fired in their kiln.
