Pioneer Skatepark
Pioneer Skatepark is located in St Albans, Hertfordshire. They are a youth and community-based charity and they are one of the longest-running indoor skateparks in the UK, plus they are a live music venue.
The skatepark is made up of bespoke wooden ramps on a concrete base that are set up in a back-and-forth arrangement. At either end of the run, there are two lines of quarter pipes and flat banks. In between these, there are a series of obstacles.
They run a skateboard school for beginners and those who are progressing through the sport. They have lessons for both children and adults. You can also hire the skatepark out for birthdays or private sessions.
