Aldenham Country Park
Aldenham Country Park is a 175-acre parkland and woodland with a reservoir located near Radlett, Hertfordshire. They are a not-for-profit country park and farm.
What is there to do at Aldenham Country Park?
You can purchase a farm day pass and add animal feed so that you can help feed their many animals. They have small animal petting every day and lamb bottle feeding from the 11th of February, these cost slightly more. On weekends there are tractor-trailer rides. Other activities include play tractors, a bouncy castle, hay bale play and more. Animals include cows, pigs, sheep, goats and alpacas. Plus donkeys, ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs and more.
In the country park, there is an adventure playground that costs £3 per child to visit. This has lots to play on including swings, a zip wire, things to climb on and a sand and water play area. There is an array of sensory play including sound, light, touch and colour to discover. You will need to book a session to visit and sessions last for 1 hour, these include SEND exclusive sessions.
You can visit the 100 Aker Wood and the many footpaths including a nature trail for free. It is a haven for wildlife and a wide diversity of flora and fauna. 100 Aker Wood is the home of Winnie the Pooh and Friends and you can find the well-loved character’s houses and see their favourite places. You can even enjoy a game of Pooh sticks. This is free and there is lots to explore.

There is a cafe in the park serving food and drinks. You are welcome to bring a picnic.

The park is free to visit. A farm pass costs £5.95 per person and small animal petting from £4.50. The adventure playground costs £3 per child.
