The Perth Museum and Art Gallery is located in Perth, Perthshire. It is the city’s main museum and exhibition space and it is located in the Marshall Monument named in memory of Thomas Hay Marshall, a former provost of Perth.

The museum’s collection includes the South Corston fragment of the Strathmore meteorite and the mummy of a woman named Ta-Kr-hb. It is home to permanent and travelling exhibitions with a number of portraits and photos.

Within the museum, there are a number of family-friendly activities and you can discover local history in their Beginnings gallery. Other exhibitions include natural history, archaeology, arms and armour and more. They also host a number of family-friendly activities including storytime and messy play.
