Mossburn Animal Centre

Mossburn Animal Centre

The Mossburn Animal Centre is located in Hightae near Lockerbie, Dumfries and Galloway. The community farm was established in 1990 and it cares for a wide range of domestic animals including horses, cattle, goats, birds, sheep and pigs.

They are an animal sanctuary and they are home to around 100 animals. They provide a home for misused, unwanted and neglected horses and ponies plus a range of other animals. Like all of their animals, you are free to roam around the farm. All they ask is that you close the gates behind you and that you do not feed any of the animals.
