Curtis Museum

The Curtis Museum is a local history museum located in Alton, Hamshire. Originally founded in 1865 the museum explores 100 million years of the region’s past. It is a family-friendly museum with many permanent exhibitions including a rare Roman enamel cup, ancient Saxon burials and the Alton Buckle, the finest piece of Anglo-Saxon craftsmanship found in Hampshire.
They host a number of annual events complete with family-friendly and educational activities. There are dressing-up costumes and a childhood gallery with games and a selection of jigsaw puzzles.
