Railway Overview
Evesham Vale Light railway is located in Evesham Country Park in Evesham, Worcestershire. The steam train rides are operational every weekend of the year and daily during Worcestershire school holidays.
On the train journey, you will be able to enjoy some stunning views across the Vale of Evesham. The track is just over a mile long and it will take you around the country park, stopping briefly at Evesham Vale Station.
Close to this station you can enjoy a picnic, visit the medieval-themed play fort or walk to the river Avon. Nearby there are the ruins of one of the largest early medieval abbeys to explore plus the nearby Almonry museum.
