Packwood House

Packwood House is a National Trust property located near Solihull, Warwickshire. It is a timber-framed Tudor manor house which is Grade I listed. The gardens are home to their notable garden of yews.

The house itself was lovingly restored at the beginning of the 20th century. You can explore the inside of the house including a long gallery filled with tapestries and a Great Hall which was once a cow barn. There are several meticulously furnished rooms to see. Other rooms include the dining room, bedrooms and a bathroom.

There are 150 acres of parkland to discover with ancient woodland and wildflower meadows. They often host annual events for families including trails. The Packwood welly walk is an ideal trail for families. Along the way, there is den building, woodland hoopla, stepping logs, bird spotting and more.
