Westport Lake Visitor Centre
Westport Lake Visitor Centre is located in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. It is a great place for bird-watching and walking and the on-site cafe enjoys some panoramic views of the water.
Around the main site, there is a good level footpath of around one mile which goes around the lake. The lake sees the arrival of many water birds in the winter and the conservation area is home to many animals, including kingfishers and dragonflies.
Next to the visitor centre, you will find a children’s play area. They also run a regular programme of family-friendly activities which take place during the school holidays. Plus term time sessions for little ones.
