Hengrove Park Leisure Centre

The Hengrove Park Leisure Centre is located in the Hengrove area of Bristol. It was built on part of the site of Whitchurch Airport and it is home to a range of family-friendly facilities.

Indoors there is a 50-metre swimming pool plus a 20-metre learner pool. They run a range of swimming lessons, Aqua classes and the fun Atlantis Splash inflatable session. This is Bristol’s largest water inflatable with an assault course for all the family. (there may be age and swimming ability restrictions)

Other facilities include a gym, fitness classes and there is a sports hall. In the sports hall, there is a wide range of sports available at different times including badminton, hockey, basketball, netball, volleyball, soft play, table tennis and more. The centre also has a climbing wall area with lead ropes.

What are the main things to do?

Two large indoor swimming pools with fun inflatable sessions plus a sports hall and wall climbing with lead ropes. There are toilets, changing rooms and a cafe.

What are the ticket prices?

Swimming – Adults £4.60, juniors £2.35 and under 3s are free. Inflatable sessions are slightly more. Climbing wall – Adults are £5.70 and juniors are £4.50. Other facilities have separate pricing charges.

Is there parking?

Parking is free for the first 3 hours for leisure centre customers. All users must key in their vehicle registration upon arrival for every visit on the keypads
