The Original Nottingham Ghost Walk

The Original Nottingham Ghost Walk is based in Nottingham and walks start from the Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem, Nottingham’s famous pub.

Their tours run every Saturday at 7 pm from the 1st Saturday in January to the 1st Saturday in December and every Wednesday in July, August and September. The tour finishes in the ancient caves below Ye Olde Salutation Inn and children can join their walks, at the parent’s discretion for younger visitors. If you do have young children they also run a Children’s walk.

The tours take place around the Castle Quarter of the city and it is an easy walk of around 1/2 mile. The tour takes around 90 minutes to 2 hours. Along the way, you will hear a variety of spooky and haunting stories and see notable places along the way. They also run private tours which include their Children’s Walks. Some of the more adult bits are removed and then include extra stories with ‘Horrible Histories’ inspired content. These are £6 pp.
