Langold Country Park
Langold Country Park is located in Langold near Worksop, Nottinghamshire. There is a long-established 15-acre fishing lake plus a fun splash area open in the warmer months and more.
The park is around 300 acres in size and it has been designated as a local nature reserve. In the parkland, there are woodlands, wildlife and butterfly meadows, open grassed areas, play areas and a large fishing lake.
Their Sea Scoundrel children’s water play splash park is open daily from May until September. This has a wide variety of water features over a 45-metre interactive play zone with a pirate ship, jet sprays, boulders, a splash slide and more.
A pleasant feature of the park is its traditional bandstand. There is also a skate park, a football pitch for under-12s, a cafe and a kiosk. Around the park, there are a number of designated walks and footpaths.
