Wallace Park

Wallace Park

Wallace Park is located in Lisburn, County Down. It was bequeathed to the people of Lisburn by Richard Wallace and today it has a number of facilities including football pitches, tennis courts, a duck pond and a children’s adventure play area.

The park is 26 acres in size and it retains most of its original layout and Victorian character. The park provides a green oasis in an otherwise urban landscape. The play area was installed around 2012 and includes state-of-the-art play equipment which suits children from the age of 2 to 10 years old. During the summer the park hosts a number of free, -entry family fun events, with crafts, dancing, theatre, music and arts on offer.
