Warrington Play and Sensory Centre

The Warrington Play and Sensory Centre is located in Woolston near the centre of Warrington, Cheshire. It is a purpose-built activity centre for disabled children and adults or those with special needs. Their facilities have been planned carefully and are fully accessible to ensure that your time with them is as enjoyable as possible. There are four zones at the centre. These include a small play zone, a sensory zone, a calm zone and an active zone.

The active zone is a large soft play structure with a fun sea theme. There is more room than usual in the structure to allow parents and carers to stand up fully and provide support to children and adults. In the calm zone, there is a soft play area for those with reduced mobility or younger children. This includes a low-level trampoline, swing and more.

In the sensory room, there is a water bed, a bubble tube, an interactive light panel, a fibre optic curtain, a ball pool and light projection. An overhead hoist is available. There is also a preschool area with a small ball pool and soft play shapes.
