Ainsdale Beach
One of the best places in the UK for horse riding along the coast is Ainsdale Beach in Merseyside. It is also a fantastic location for kite surfing which has been gaining popularity in recent years. Both activities will allow you to explore the sea and breathtaking scenery of the protected Sefton Coast.
If you are looking for a beach where you can take your four-legged friend and enjoy the sun and sand, Ainsdale Beach is the perfect destination. Just keep in mind that dogs and horses are not allowed in the 200 m zone within beach entry from April to October.
The best way to get there is by car and you can park at the beach. At the end of Shore Road, near the beach entrance, you will find restrooms. Moreover, only a short stroll from the beach there is Java Coffee Lounge where you can buy some snacks.
