Aqua Park Rutland
The Aqua Park Rutland is based at Rutland Water near Oakham in Rutland. The area of water is also home to Rutland Water Nature Reserve which is a great place for birdwatchers.
On the lake at Rutland Watersports, there is a large inflatable obstacle course which has thrill slides, free, falls, trampolines and more. There will be a 10m Sea Dragon to play on and the Mammoth which is a 5.5-metre free, -fall drop into the water.
Other fun features include a blast bag, a slide standing at 3.5m tall and a diving tower. All participants must be able to swim 25m unaided and you should be confident in the water. There is a minimum height of 1.2m and no weight restriction. Children can take part from the age of 6 so long as they fulfil the above criteria.
Rutland Watersports offer sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding from beginner through to expert. Most of their equipment can be hired or they can provide lessons.
