Museum Overview

The Army Flying Museum is a Military Aviation museum in Kentsboro, Hampshire. They have over 35 historic aircraft with fighter planes, attack helicopters and other aircraft which illustrate the history of British Army aviation.

Collections began in 1878 and continue through to today. The extensive collection is a great place to explore the fascinating history of army aviation. The five main branches are covered with the Royal Engineers, the Royal Flying Corps, the Glider Pilot Regiment, Air Observation Post Squadrons and the current Army Air Corps.

As well as the aircraft you can see the collection also displays uniforms, medals and other equipment. They also host annual events, such as Living History Days. There is an outdoor play area for children.

There is a cafe serving food and drinks. You are welcome to bring a picnic.

What are the ticket prices?

Adults are £16, children aged 5-15 £9.50, under 5 are free and family tickets are £45. Then once you have paid you can come back all year for free.
