Ashburton Swimming Pool

The Ashburton Swimming Pool is located in Ashburton near Newton Abbot, Devon. It is a pretty community-run open-air heated pool that is open from early May until early September.

Things to do at Ashburton Swimming Pool

The pool is heated to around 27-30oC and is 21 x 9 metres in size. They run a variety of different sessions to suit all ages and where possible they offer discounts to make it affordable to all, sessions are bookable online.

Nestled on the southern side of the Dartmoor National Park it is easily accessed from the A38 with parking a 5-10 minute walk away. They have a field for picnics and games next to the pool and there is a small cafe run by volunteers. You can even hire the pool out privately.
