Avante Boat Trips

Avante Boat Trips

Avante Boat Trips sail from Alderney Harbour on the Channel Island of Alderney. They offer boat trips around the island, angling trips or private charters.

They have a 2.5-hour voyage around the Island to see the local wildlife. This can include puffins on the island of Burhou or the Gannets of Les Etacs and more. Plus the south coast cliffs, bays, Alderney Lighthouse and the Victoria forts.

Weather and tide permitting they can also visit the seals amongst the rocks and islets to the North of Burhou. They sail on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in season, other days by arrangement. They also have a shorter 1-hour evening trip to Burhou to see the puffins. The island is uninhabited and is home to the puffins between March and July. No one is allowed on land during this time but you can view the puffins from the sea.
