Boathouse Climbing Centre
The Boathouse Climbing Centre is located in Llandudno near the sea in North Wales. It features around 200 square metres of climbing surfaces with a bouldering wall 4.5 metres high.
Their climbing tower is 8 metres high and has a series of lead climbs, a top rope and it now includes 2 auto belays. They have route grades to suit all climbers including beginners and ones that will challenge the most experienced of climbers.
Children aged between 4 and 18 years old can join one of their climbing clubs. They also have sessions for children from 6-18 years old with additional needs. The centre also has a fun caving section where you can squeeze through a fake cave system which is a great alternative activity for 3 years and up to adults. They also offer a range of courses for different ages and abilities. They can even host your child’s birthday party.
