Bourne Outdoor swimming pool in Lincolnshire is run by charity funding and it has been operated and maintained by volunteers since 1990. It is situated in the picturesque Abbey Lawns close to the town centre of Bourne.
It is a 50-year, near Olympic size, outdoor heated pool. It is one of the largest of the few surviving outdoor pools in the country. In addition to the main pool, there is a toddler pool plus a small fountain pool. They have an extended lawn plus seating and picnic tables. There is also a small toddler play area.
Their changing rooms are indoors with toilets and showers. They also have a disabled changing room and baby changing. On-site they have a takeaway cafe that serves hot and cold drinks, snacks, sweets and ice cream. They also have inflatable family fun sessions in the pool.
