Capstone Farm Country Park

Capstone Farm Country Park is located in Chatham, Kent. It is a former farm that has been landscaped into a park and open-space area with a modern playground. The park is 114 hectares in size and is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The park is great for both walking, running and cycling. There is a variety of habitats to explore including ancient woodlands, old orchards, a freshwater lake, meadows and hedgerows. The park has a mountain bike course. There is an accessible visitor centre with toilets, picnic facilities, trails, a fishing lake (a day ticket is required) and there is a horse riding trail. They often have special events and activities for adults and children.
There is a toddler and junior play area which is mostly wooden and even includes an accessible ramp and low-level play areas. There is a slide, rope walk, wobbly bridge, climbing wall and more. It’s a lovely modern outdoor play space.
