Celtic Canoes specialises in canoe hire on the River Wye. They are based in Glasbury which is the highest navigable point on the river. They offer 1/2-day and full-day canoe trips plus tailor-made multiple-day canoeing expeditions with camping.

They offer something for everyone including families. Their half-day trip takes around 2-3 hours and it is a great introduction to canoeing. There are twists and turns, rapids and wildlife. Their full-day trip takes around 5-6 hours and includes a halfway point which is an ideal spot for lunch.

All trips include a full safety briefing ensuring everyone has the confidence to safely navigate down the river. Children can take part from the age of 10. A lift back to your car is also included in the price.
