Charleton Fruit Farm

Charleton Fruit Farm

The Charleton Fruit Farm is located on the outskirts of Montrose, Angus, Scotland. They are known for their excellent strawberry tarts and a fun play area for children.

Almost all their PYO fruit and veg grow outside and is dependent on weather. They have a handy calendar on their website to show what you will be available to pick when you visit. They update every evening and confirm what fruit and veg are available to pick for the next day. They grow strawberries, raspberries, pumpkins, peas, asparagus, apples, pears, cherries, plums and so much more.

Their outdoor adventure park is fun and free for visitors to the farm. They also host special family activities throughout the year such as an Easter Egg Trail and an October treasure hunt. There is a fun wooden play fort shaped like a castle and a fun peddle-kart track set out like a race circuit. There are ride-ons for younger children, a swing and a smaller play structure more suited to younger children.
