Cheslyn House and Gardens
Cheslyn House and Gardens are located near Watford in Hertfordshire. They have 3.5 acres of beautifully designed gardens and woodlands where you and your family can explore and relax.
The gardens were created over 20 years ago by a couple who collected unusual and exotic plants while travelling around the world. The council opened the gardens in 1965 and they are open to the public all year round. There is a myriad of different areas including a pond, a fernery, large herbaceous borders and an aviary with a variety of birds to see.
The aviary and the pond are the main focus points as well as the woodland walk that has bluebells when they are in season.
