Coed Y Brenin Forest Park

Coed Y Brenin Forest Park is located near Dolgellau in Gwynedd, Wales. It is a park set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. The park is world-famous for its mountain bike trails and it has lots to offer visitors of all ages and abilities.
Kids will love the Animal Puzzle Trail that starts right next to the play area. It is a rewarding way to encourage children out into the wider woods on an easy-to-follow, pushchair-friendly path. You can also pick up an audio guide for this walk which tells the story of the forest wildlife and the local history. The forest park has a range of longer way-marked walks, running and orienteering trails as well as a Geocache challenge. You can also hire bikes including Ebikes.
In addition to a gift and craft shop, the visitor centre has three play areas in close proximity, including a wild play space for den building and dam construction. The play areas include a playhouse, double-width slide, rotating dish, dual swings and rocking animals. Plus a timber climbing wall, rock stepping stones and accessible play.
