Crewe Heritage Centre
The Crewe Heritage Centre is located in Crewe, Cheshire. It first opened in 1987 and its unique location and impressive exhibits have been attracting visitors ever since.
On-site there are a few signal boxes you can explore plus there is a mainline viewing area which is great fun for the kids. There is an exhibition hall, model railway exhibitions and more. They even have a collection of vintage ice cream vans.
Outdoors there are a few trains on display including some with steps up so you can have a look inside. There is a miniature railway which runs small passenger trains around some of the site and includes three stations. They also run a number of annual events.
