Curraghs Wildlife Park
Curraghs Wildlife Park is one of only a few attractions on the Isle of Man where you can see animals. They are situated in The Curraghs which is an area of wetland in the northwest of the island.
They have daily animal talks which give you a great insight into their animals. On-site there is a miniature railway. This steam railway follows a half-mile circuit around the park. Trains run every Sunday from Easter to October and on bank holidays.
There are a great number of animals at the park including a great range of birds, spider monkeys, lemurs, porcupines, lynx, mara and many more. They also have a play area with a jumping pillow, zip wire, climbing frames, swings and slides. Plus an enchanted wood play area and an indoor play barn. The wildlife park offers a number of wildlife experiences with penguins, meerkats, red pandas, coatis, tapirs, reptiles and more.
