Daventry Country Park

Daventry Country Park is a popular park ideally situated close to Daventry in Northamptonshire. The park is 66 hectares in size with an adventure playground and a large reservoir. The park has outdoor gym equipment, picnic spots, trails, bird hides and more.
The playground includes a castle-themed fort with slides, zip wire, a net bridge, swings, climbing wall. There is a smaller fort for toddlers. The play area features a range of activities that are accessible to all.
There are a number of walks in the park. These include a 2.5-mile walk around the reservoir, a 1.5-mile meadow walk, a nature trail and another 1-mile walk. All the walks are waymarked and there are maps available. You can purchase bags of duck-friendly food from the cafe.
