Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre
Dingle’s Fairground Heritage Trust is a charity that seeks to preserve historic fairground equipment and memorabilia. The centre is located near Milford in Devon and has 45,000 square feet of indoor things to see and do.
What is there to do at Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre?
The trust was established in 1988 and now has a large collection of rides and fairground-related artefacts. They are hoping to open a new extension in 2021 with a new shop and cafe.
Rides at the centre include Edwards’ Dodgems, Shaws’ moon rocket and Edwards’ chariot racer. Plus Tuby’s gallopers, Brett’s ghost train and a series of children’s rides. They also have stalls, transport vehicles and wagons.
To ride on the rides you will need to purchase ride tokens, this is in addition to your entrance ticket. Some advance tickets also include ride tokens. The centre also has a penny arcade, some working fairground organs, a hall of mirrors and traditional fair games. The centre hosts special events.

The carousel cafe serves hot and cold food and drinks. They have outdoor picnic benches.

Indoor vintage fairground rides with fair memorabilia, penny arcade, vehicles and wagons. There are toilets and a cafe.
What are the ticket prices?
An adult saver ticket costs £11.95 and includes 10 ride tokens. A child-saver ticket is £10.12 and a family £38.52. Extra ride tokens cost £10 for 22. Other pricing options are available.

When are they open?
