The Dorset Teddy Bear Museum is located in the centre of Dorchester in Dorset. If you like bears and vintage collections then this is the place for you.

The museum includes a Teddy Bear House and other teddy bears. Bears on display include Paddington Bear, Rupert Bear and Winnie the Pooh. There is one of the earliest antique teddy bears to today’s TV favourites. Over 100 years of teddy bears are displayed within the museum.

There are important vintage bears from companies such as The Ideal Toy Company, Steiff, Vintage Chad Valley and so much more. The museum itself has been arranged and furnished as a timeless period home of yesterday. The collections are displayed throughout the house. It is Britain’s oldest Teddy Bear museum and is now regarded as the English Teddy Bear museum.
