Drumawhey Junction Railway
The Drumawhey Junction Railway is located near Donaghadee, County Down. It is a miniature railway that operates steam, petrol hydraulic, diesel hydraulic and electric locomotives. It is the longest miniature railway in Ireland.
The layout of the line allows for a variety of routes and all journeys take around 12 minutes. The railway captures the atmosphere of a full-sized railway with its station, signal cabin, engine and coach sheds. Plus there are bridges, a tunnel and a level crossing.
