Dudson Museum
Museum Overview
Dudson Museum is located in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire. It is housed in an atmospheric and original Grade II-listed bottle oven. Inside you will be immersed in the heritage of the iconic Dudson brand that produced ceramic tableware until 2019. A typical visit to the museum takes just under an hour.
The converted bottle oven on the original factory site is now home to over 1,300 exhibits. Together they bring to life the 200 years of history of the production of Dudson ceramics. Their knowledgeable guides are on hand to describe more about the unique collection. They often run additional activities for families such as quizzes, paint-a-pot activities and more.
