Durham Climbing Centre

Durham Climbing Centre is an indoor specialist climbing facility located near the centre of Durham in County Durham. It has expert and junior climbing areas.

The centre provides a safe and fun space for children to learn new skills, improve fitness and make new friends. They offer lessons for children from the ages of 3-16 years and they aim to have something to suit everyone. Sessions are run in three different age groups and you can come along for taster sessions before booking in blocks.

Their beginner’s area offers a range of easier climbs and gentle wall angles. This area is for children and adults who want to give it a go. There is then an advanced climbing area for advanced children and adults.
