East Herts Miniature Railway
East Herts Miniature Railway is located at the Van Hage Garden Centre in Great Amwell, Hertfordshire. The 71/4 gauge miniature railway is run independently and has been established for over 40 years ago.
They are open to the public every weekend for all the family to enjoy trips around the on-site countryside. During the school holidays, they operate a special service on limited days. They have a varied fleet of engines including diesel, steam and electric.
The railway completes two circuits which include a trip over a pond and through a tunnel. The track is about 1/4 mile long and features a cute station.
