East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden

East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden

East Ruston in Norfolk is home to a notable private garden. East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden was established in 1973 and the gardens cover 32 acres. Exotic and unusual plants from all around the world flourish in the gardens. There are also a number of interesting sculptures to find.

There are a great number of themed areas in the gardens, far too many to list here. Gardens include a King’s Walk, Desert Garden, Desert Wash, Woodland Garden, Exotic Garden and a Dutch Garden (to name just a few). As well as the gardens there is a large woodland to walk in. Although there is no play area for the kids they will love exploring all the different areas of the gardens. Make sure you look out for the alpacas and tortoises.
