Folkestone Ski Centre
Folkestone Ski Centre is located in Folkestone, Kent. They offer children and adults fun-filled sports activities on their newly refurbished, 60-metre dry slope. In addition to the new surface, they have also installed a sprinkler system that makes it easier and faster to move on. The most popular and easiest activity is their snow rings. These are ideal for families and for parties.
Their slope is ideal for those wanting to try out skiing and is great value for both new skiers and established skiers. For children they run a Sunday ski school, this is for 7-16 year-olds and they are flexible one-hour lessons for all abilities. There is also a Sunday pre-ski school for aged 5-6. Private ski lessons are also available and they run open practice sessions for skiers.
The Ski Centre is part of Folkestone Sports Centre. This has a Skywalk high ropes course. It is located over 20 feet above the ground and includes a number of obstacles. Children must be 120cm tall to take part. There is also a swimming pool. footgolf and holiday sports camps.
