Museum Overview
Gatwick Aviation Museum is located in Charlwood on the boundary of Gatwick Airport in Surrey. They have a varied collection with relatively new ranges of exhibits and facilities. They have a unique collection of aircraft and engines from the Golden Age of British aircraft manufacture. There are hundreds of model aircraft and instrument panels on displays plus a variety of aviation memorabilia.
There is the opportunity to go on board their Avro Shackleton or their Robinson Helicopter. There are also 30 acres of parkland that you can enjoy a walk around. They also run a number of special events. You can also book a unique tour experience led by one of their experienced team around the museum.
You even get to experience what it is like on board the Virgin Atlantic A350 Upper-Class lounge in the museum. There is also a viewing area which is close to the runway at Gatwick, perfect for some plane spotting.

There is no on-site cafe. You are welcome to bring a picnic.

A range of aircraft, two you can board plus a Virgin upper-class lounge and acres of parkland to explore. There are toilets.
What are the ticket prices?
Voluntary donation ticket prices are £10 for an adult, children aged 6-12 are £3.75 and children aged under 6 are free.
