Go Ape Bedgebury

Go Ape at Bedgebury in Kent is based at the award-winning Bedgebury Pinetum. There are a few challenges including The Treetop Challenge, the Treetop Adventure and The Treetop Adventure Plus. It is a true forest experience including an exhilarating 170-metre zip wire. There’s also a continuous belay so once you’re hooked on, that’s it for the duration.
Things to do at Go Ape Bedgebury
Treetop Challenge – Tackle high ropes obstacles such as the Tarzan swing, the tricky tunnel crossing and more. The challenge takes 2 to 3 hours to navigate your way around. There is no minimum age although there is a minimum height of 1.4m.
Treetop Adventure – With intricate crossings, stepping stones and a great zip-wire ride, all designed with the younger family in mind. There is no minimum age, however, there is a minimum height of 1m. Duration 1 hour.
Treetop Adventure Plus – This is great for teenagers wanting to push themselves a bit further. The session includes the Treetop adventure course and then has an extra section with more daring crossings and an epic 80m solo zip wire. It is designed for children above 1.2m and 6 years of age.
Duration times including safety briefings. Once you’ve had your treetop fun there’s plenty in the forest to keep everyone entertained. Situated in a Grade II listed landscape with 2,500 acres to explore. There are walking and cycling trails, plus orienteering courses and running trails. Kids will love the play trail including a shipwreck, mighty tree house and giant spider webs.
