Go Ape at Dalby in North Yorkshire is set in a picturesque forest. There are a few challenges including The Treetop Challenge, Treetop Adventure and Forest Segways.
Things to do at Go Ape Dalby Forest
Treetop Challenge – Buckle up for the ultimate test of balance and nerves on the wild Twister Crossing, the Khatanga Crossing and the Tarzan Swing. There is a 50-metre high valley to the valley zip wire. The challenge takes 2 to 3 hours to navigate your way around. There is a minimum age of 10 years and a minimum height of 1.4m.
Treetop adventure – With intricate crossings, wobbly bridges and a zip-wire ride at the end, all designed with the younger family in mind. There is no minimum age, however, there is a minimum height of 1m. Duration 1 hour.
Forest Segways – Heavy-duty all-terrain Segways on off-road purpose-built trails. There is no minimum age, however, participants must be at least 45kg/7st in weight. Duration 1 hour.
During the darker months, they also offer Sundown Sessions which are worth checking out, you can even zip wire in the dark. Duration times including safety briefings. Once you’ve had your treetop fun there’s plenty in the forest to keep everyone entertained. There are walking and cycling trails, Gruffalo trail, play areas and more. More info about Dalby Forest.

Treetop Challenge – £33 per person. Treetop adventure – £20 per person. Segways – £40 per person.
