Go Ape at Dalby in North Yorkshire is set in a picturesque forest. There are a few challenges including The Treetop Challenge, Treetop adventure and Forest Segways.
Treetop Challenge – Buckle up for the ultimate test of balance and nerves on the wild Twister crossing, the Khatanga Crossing and the Tarzan Swing. There is a 50-metre high valley to valley zip wire. The challenge takes 2 to 3 hours to navigate your way around. There is a minimum age of 10 years and a minimum height of 1.4m.
Treetop adventure – With intricate crossings, wobbly bridges and a zip wire ride at the end, all designed with the younger family in mind. There is no minimum age, however, there is a minimum height of 1m. Duration 1 hour.
Forest Segways – Heavy-duty all-terrain Segways on off-road purpose-built trails. There is no minimum age, however, participants must be at least 45kg/7st in weight. Duration 1 hour.
During the darker months, they also offer Sundown Sessions which are worth checking out, you can even zip wire in the dark. Duration times including safety briefings.
